Q&A Session

Q&A Session

Couple Comments from recent Q&A with CFO: Recent= June 2013, T=thought

Q: Worst case scenario for utilization

A: 2012 numbers, or around 80%-85%

T: Looks like really slipped in 2012 and plan to be stronger in future

Q:Brazil utilization

A: 44% currently, should be around 74% in Q4

T: Brazil is problem child, but only makes up around 16% of Total Revenue

Q: Other utilization

A: Ecuador=100%, Colombia=85%, will be 100% by July, Africa=79%, will be 90% by Q3

T: E,C,A combined make up about 78% Total Revenue, so looking good here

Q: Progress on refinancing, going concern, bankruptcy

A: Refinancing progress has lowered going concern issues a little. Will be able to avoid bankruptcy

A: Refinancing efforts and strategic options will be factors that move Tuscany forward

T: Sounds like TID is really looking at refinancing and strategy alternatives and given CEO's past experience I think it should not be overly difficult.
