RE: Management Circular I'm looking at the management circular right now and as of 15-may 2013, there were 63,982,064 class A shares outstanding.
addditionall as of May 15, nobody, person or company owns more than 10% fo the sdhares.
so either they sold enough shares to get them under 10% or maybe their complete holdings.
I don't really care if anyone owns more than 10%. All i care about is CF, and profit, and high quality assets all of which TOL has, so what is all of this fussing for???
