RE: buyout or substantial acquisition

RE: buyout or substantial acquisition

It would be an attractive acquisition at the current price of approximately $15.

The flip side is that if you apply a 25% to 30% premium the takeover price would be circa $20 and at that price the company is no longer cheap.

The right time for the buyer would have been to offer $16 when the market price was $12 and most of us would have taken it.

The higher the price goes the more difficult for an acquisitor to pay a premium.

The board would currently fight an offer in the $18 range in my opinion but such an offer might attract competitive bids.

Do not hold your breath
