Yeah, I do. The general rule: Truth constitutes an absolute defence...i.e., it's not defamation if it's true. Is there anything I wrote which does not accurately and truthfully reflect my experience as an investor/shareholder in MXM? Fair warning: I still have almost every e-mail I received from the company, and I have noted many of the conversations.
