I wouldn't count out a possible merger with Legacy as its been done before with Erickson's previous company.  Strangeley enough after merging Renegade Oil & Gas with Glamis Resources Ltd (Legacy) he took over control of Colonia Energy and renamed it the Renegade Petroleum we have today.  These guys are very familiar with each other and thier holdings are a perfect match.  It might be very positive for both beat up companies. 

I don't think we would get the 1.6 LEG shares per RPL share that they got back in 2009   but I'd settle for .6 Leg shares per RPL share.
