II do not fault anyone for being critical of the old management  (Wesson and wife) as they obviously messed this deal up.  As far Marleu is concerned, he walked into a mess, is just an interum CEO and he is almost certainly taking his marching orders from NED, the largest shareholder.     During the due dilligence additional test work needed was cited as one issue.  The other issue was lack of confidence in Wesson and third is the lack of cash.   If is was not for NED I think the share price would be far lower.     There is not much to update unless financing has been secured to complete the needed test work and keep the company running.   Ned will probably be able to secure financing to get the needed testwork completed.  It will not likely be until after positive test results that the IMC deal is back on the table.
