Can't wait for Ed to be shown the way to his jail cell, where this crook belongs with his other buddies.  The 15M share buyout last March was the best option to increase valuation (took the committee 6 months to arrive to this option), ED, take a look at the SP, it is $1.60, $0.03 above January SP of $1.57.  Since then, the reserves have gone down, production slipped from 7,000 bopd to 5,372.  Sad story, it has been more than a year that calvalley is looking for a reservoir and production engineers, I see why they can even keep up last year''s production.  Nobody wants to work for this company and that management.  Hope we will all be rewarded for our patience, probably in a few years when Ed is no longer with calvalley.
