Edmund Shimoon is going to have a lot of hearing all the way to March 2014 & mybe get charged but if so will not go to jail he is probable never trade stock or buy any stock & not be an any board for the next 10 years or be a CEO or Pres ?

And if charged he will probable appeal with his very hi priced lawyers ? 

after the appeal is over if found gilty after his lawyers & all the expeces of ASC lawyer he will pay them also good news is CVI.a does not pay !

Production & reserves are down because we could not drill or tie in well when the civel war was going on !

CVI.a has did a great job getting all the work done & now the civel war is over he need to get back to work & I think they are doing that ?
