Hi opsd1!

Good to see you here. I see your concern from the surface but I have spoken with management and the contracts are done deals - in that region of the world it is customary to structure the contracts as LOI.

Also the insider selling is options related.

Sometimes its not all what it appears. The company is commited to growing the company and they are in a rapid growth spurt.

Just thought I'd give you a bit of insight.
