I had an issue with this to with my QT account (which holds most of my ORT).  My iTrade account mailed the ORT MIC & voting material OK and on time - but that only represents 20% of my position.  Called QT for a ctl # so I could vote those shares online, but must have left it too late as the ctl # that I was given didn't work when I tried it on the 19th.
