Dividend Cut NOT Priced In Here .30 - .50 ahead

Dividend Cut NOT Priced In Here .30 - .50 aheadSounds more to me like Nuttall has nothing but "hopes" and "fears". The dividend will be cut, assetts will be sold, it is possible that NO ONE is even interested at this time to buy them out let alone at a premium, it is possible they fail and sp drops to .20 - .50 cents. Why would anyone want to pay a premium for rpl and take on its 300 mil + in debt. If possible suiters wait 6 months they can pay pennies on the dollars when its gone from being on its knees (now), to being flat out on its back (6 months). Just because eric nuttall is SEVERELY BURIED AT $2.60 doesn't mean someone else cares. If my neighbor owes 1.5 million on his 500k house, I wont pay 1.5 million to pay him out. I will pay 350k as soon as the bank moves in to foreclose, just like with rpl. Glta>
