TSX and Nasdaq

Something is happening on TSX almost even trade numbers to the Nasdaq, 1.5 Mil TSX and 2.2 Mil Nasdaq. The SP is also widening $0.65 more on TSX which is the biggest spread iI have seen so far. Anyone have any comments on this?
