I've sent a mail to Lumina last week and got reply on Thuesday.

I’m sorry I didn’t reply sooner but I was out of the office from Thursday until today.  As you are probably aware by now, the company did put out a news release on Monday confirming there has been no change in the operation of the company either here in Vancouver or Argentina.  As a matter of policy, the company cannot comment on insider or open market trading, but I can confirm the company’s strategic review process remains ongoing and the company is adequately funded to operate through to early 2015.

 

I understand your frustration at the market, but it really is out of our hands.  We can only thank you for your patience and continued support as a shareholder of Lumina Copper in this very trying market.
