If anyone has any doubt about what is going on here with WOF. This is the man to call. Instead of posting on this message board I suggest making a few phone calls. Sometimes he needs a good pep talk on who he is working for and a fresh reminder about how he promissed a minimum amount of dilution to ensure long term shareholder value.
