too many staff

too many high paid execs doing what who knows

too many and to large of bonusses

too many losses

too much spending especially on capital as they can not come in on budget with anything

too many shares out

too much debt

 

seems simple cut spending cut staff stick to budgets pay down and off debt and make money.  Management at best here is too aggressive and too rose coloured glasses at worst incompetent.
