Tony was told many times how to fix the problems and he would not listen ,he had no real hands on experience in how to run a mine .Spent to much time in the head office playing parlor games with other mgmt types and no time running a mill /mine .Shame------- **lets hope he realizes that is 1-4 dollar options are worthless .You have to walk before you can run .What is it going to cost to terminate his contract and show him the door .
