of the Articles of Incorporation and consolidation of shares –
information update

Legal basis: Article 56 section 5 of the Act on Public Offering –
information update

Content:Referring to current report No. 38/2013 concerning
delay in registration of amendments to the Articles and consolidation of
shares, the Management of KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. ("KOV", "Company")
informs that activities discussed in the above mentioned report
(including closing of the Arrangement) are presently anticipated to
occur on or about June 24, 2013.

Thereafter, it is expected that the consolidated common shares of the
Company (under its new name, Serinus Energy Inc.) will begin trading on
the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on or about the day that is three
business days following completion of the Arrangement, subject to the
Company fulfilling all of the remaining listing conditions of the TSX.
