Why announce and promote a non-binding MOU? Once they have a farmout then have a NR. Otherwise what is going on here? I smell a rat! P.S. I agree there used to be oil in 2A at one time but it is now long gone and has been replace with water. That is why the prospectivity came back as only "good", "good" is just a wild a** guess! Would you spend millions on a wild a** guess? Neither would I...
