Potash & Water

Potash & Water
Hilarious stuff thairat. The latest news from 2 years ago.

Maybe this local heard something about poop water being piped for 45km across her land and confused Krn with Wpx . I'm sure that a few years ago when this lady enquired about the water she was reassured that Krn had accesss to unlimited non-potable water that came from the Blairmore formation and best of all it was free.

Free in monetary terms, unlike wpx that has to pay $100's of millions for treated effulent, KRN dosen't have to pay one cent for their use of water from the Blairmore.

It is also free from any chemical poop properties that could interfere with the potash solution mining process.

As I stated before, I do not believe that Krn's management team would have done a deal where they signed an offtake with a "shelf" company. They would want the validity of a direct investment, with the company on the hook directly for their offtake.
Krn also secured a take or pay deal for with the Indian company which is impressive.

So that's why I think china blue "choose" Wpx.
For what it's worth, I don't think wpx's management wanted that deal either, at least not a year ago.

Outside of the CBCHC 20% sale there is only 1% institutional ownership in Wpx.
Why is that?
Krn has 55% of its shares owned by institutions.
Why is that?

And as for KRN'S potash. It is of the highest grade and purity ever found.
It has a lower sodium content in the finished product and that really suits rice crops.
All their product is granular and spherical pellets, which makes it ideal for bulk blending facilities as it is already in the finished form for blending so it doesn't require more processing.
the spherical pellets are perfect for direct machine  application by end users.
This is in comparison to Wpx that makes only 80% granular which is irregular in shape and size and would need further processing for bulk blending. Wpx makes 20% standard which retails for less than a granular compacted product.

Have you ever asked yourself this?
Why did GFSC after doing more than a year of detailed third party engineering DD decide to invest $60m?

GFSC was so confident in Krn that its management literally put their jobs on the line by agreeing to invest nearly 50% of the companies available cash balance in Krn. It is only a $700m company.

The CEO and directors would literally lose their jobs if KRN did not succeed. That is how confident they are in the management team and project.

Why did BNP Parabas issue an engagement letter after they commissioned Independent engineering reviews ?

Why do Multi billion dollar companies such as ICL and Arab potash exclusively mine carnallite from the Dead Sea?

Why did Pot Corp try to purchase all of ICL? Why does it own stakes in both ICL and Arab Potash if carnallite is such a "waste product"?

No Carnalite seams of this size, quality and grade have ever before been found or mined anywhere in the world.
And they have a continuous seam that is 16 storeys tall.
Yes 16 storeys tall.
Ask a potash solution miner or a chemical engineer how great that is.
You will have to call Krn to do this because their is nobody on wpx's team that fits that bill.

And that is just on 20% of their property. The 20% of their property that they have used for their resource calculation. The other 80% has not been included for resource calculation, but he ore body is continuous according to 2d seismic.

It is so large they can form caverns 70m by 100m.

Carnalite unlike sylvinite is already in a liquid form. They have a 20% grade that has been measured WET.
The way smaller seams that Wpx/EPO will be mining contain sylvinite which is of course measured on a dry basis because it is of course dry.
All 3 companies are pursuing solution mining which involves wetting the mineral.

Take the water out of the carnallite and do the calculation on a dry basis as a comparison with a sylvinite deposit.
On a dry basis, Krn has the highest grade of any potash deposit ever found in the world.
It is consistently 30% or more on a dry basis.
The Carnalite is so pure and high grade that their run of the mill product is 99.5% for both the potash and the Hydromagnesite.
Their purity and grade exceeds industrial standards. That's how it comes out.
Other potash companies have to spend money refining to get industrial grade.

Wpx is  run by a management team that have zero potash mining experience.
Sit back and watch how this  $4B+ behemoth never gets its  capex requirements funded.

KRN'S  management team is littered with chemical engineers that have experience designing, building or running potash solution mines.

Hopefully I am wrong. I would not like to see any of you from retiree to losecash  lose any cash on this.

Time will tell though.  We should wait and see.

I think I have posted enough info for the moment for people to make up their mind on Wpx.
We shall wait and see if there are any future news releases.
