market value

market valueThe company has placed a market valuation of $377M as per their F/S of 12/31/12 which means that their value deducting debt would be $1.55 (excluding warrants/options). This figure seems realistic to me and personally I believe that the company is totally undervalued by the stock market. How can a company with revenues exceeding $100M (26.85 x4) and a net income of over $5M (Q1) be worth only $140M? Someone is going to lose/win  big with this trend, I believe that everyone needs to "hold" as if a sale does occur, I'm with Aard the minimum will be $1.50/share which would be a great buy for any company looking for income and great asset base. I have purchased more shares at these levels and if the ship sinks so be it, but it is not from the company being mismanaged in my opinion. I'm a believer and I will hold steadfast in coming weeks.
