Outofthered, a 1% change in the PAV is f'in awesome, considering this is in 6-months. Even something a wee bit lower is still great. I think that a 1% change in PAV (within the RVX-208 treated group compared to baseline) will be interpreted as a HUGE success, and with longer than 6-months of treatment it would be expected to get further reductions in PAV. Very doubtful that 3% or 5% will be achielved w/i 6-months. I'd be happy to be wrong. If it did, then the sky is the limit on the buyout price. This would indeed be a wonder drug IMO.
