Current Capitalization... as of today....$1,000,000......................say $300,000 for the PFC shares.....................remainder is $700,000........................this is pitifully low.........................translation 23Million Acres with a value of $700,000 amounts to $0.03/Acre.............Three Cents per Acre........................Not Possible...........if we said that the acreage is worth $1.00 per acre then we would have a total value of $20Million plus shares $300,000 with a total value of $20,300,000 or $0.20 per share based on 100Million shares outstanding...........That's Twenty Cents....................................personally I figure that this is way to low, give me a break $1.00/Acre, no way..................try 50 times that.....................Every body is severly confused we are not selling shares...................we are selling leases of acreage....................if we can start believing that we are nowheres near the value inherent in this property...................the market is not even close......................my opinion we have been manipulated to think in terms of share price..........instead of thinking about selling the land rights..................GENTLEMEN, this stock is screaming opportunity, do not let the PRO's fool you, ...........you cannot afford to let this go for peanuts...................MANAGEMENT, please come clean and explain the economics properly.................WE ARE NOT SELLING SHARES TO ANYONE we are SELLING LAND RIGHTS and that has a MARKET VALUE of its OWN..............AND ITS A LOT HIGHER than the current capitalization........................more to come.......!!!!
