from Tgz yet we are down here at .245. I believe that if it does come down to a law suit from Bendon they will be forced to show specific interests from other parties. I do not think they can say we are worth X amount without having a figure besides the independent appraisal they received. There are limited buyers for this property and tgz is the obvious one that gives ole holders the best possibility of future price appreciation. Space, my Bendon buying ole was just a way of saying that if they think the offer is so low then come out and prove it or back it up with some facts. I know they want to sell as bad as ole.
