RE:Disappointing 2nd end points metI would think it might be valuable to Pfizer, possibly to pin it to Lipitor. It is certainly hugely disappointing but not a complete failure. As for the placebo group results, it likely relates to the study as a whole. Regardless if you're taking the drug or placebo (which you woudn't know), I think the tendency would be to clean up (so to speak) other lifestyle habits solely because you know you're being monitored.
I took some gains earlier in the week but the rest I'm holding on to. This is selling into the fear.
