Why a $0.27 discount to offer price?

Why a $0.27 discount to offer price? Does anyone have an explanation to why there is a big discount to the $10.75 offer price?  If the offer is $10.75, then why not buy more now at $10.48 and get another $0.27 out of the trade?  Thanks in advance.  HippygirL
