This Makes Little Sense...

This Makes Little Sense...Novus was last trading at these levels July of 2012. The world was embroiled in the European crisis and WTI oil was trading under the mid 80's.

NVS is better company now with greater production, higher reserves and all the other favorable aspects mentioned on this board repeatedly.

Before this announcement of the sale, NVS was trading over $.90 per share. So, even if a deal is a no go, the market is acting crazy.

Why? is there something we don't know or is the share price being manipulated?
