RE:??? Good news and bad news....Agreed on all counts.  The obvious answer to why company is planning to massively dilute the company is:  MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS AND IT's SP. 

It should seek for loans from somewhere....

I should have gotten out when I had the chance! *Sigh!*
