RE:BearDownAZ whats your 2 cents?My interpretation is what you indicated in #1 scenario simply due to the wording....."unexpected strong placebo results". I think it amounts to human nature and just wanting to be a good patient. Did the placebo group a) stop smoking, b) start exercising, c) stop eating burgers and fries etc?
This is what they will be investigating.
The secondary endpoints are encouraging. Again they might be asking, was 26 weeks too short? Should they have opted for a full year study?
