Not just because you have 300m in the bank and 154m of undrawn bankline; not just because some NVS land is contiguous to yours: not just because WCP has now bought something else; not just because you will need more land to meet your 5-yr goals; not just because CPG or RRX are going to consolidate these lands if you don't; not just because you will maxing out your 10000bopd handling capacity by the end of the year and NVS has LOADS of extra capacity nearby; not just because you can buy NVS for half-price; Just buy NVS because it's raining here again and you could make the sun shine again!
