RE:AGM today

RE:AGM todayHappy to help. To reiterate: CS said he has told the mystery partner that he, and we, want a commitment by the end of this summer. That's not the same thing as having it "in place", though we all wish for it. He was unable to give a specific date, nature of BXI's compensation or the name of this company. They're EU-based and public, they've been to the Sask plant to see the (I assume here-solvent-free) method done on a large scale, and they like what they saw enough to cold-call BXI. They have previously made their own canola protein, but only in small quantities. Any guesses?
Again, he didn't seem to be fabricating a happy-ever-after story for the audience. If so, it's an Oscar-worthy performance. Plus, the exec types can't just make up this stuff (since Bre-X) without fear of severe penalties. He emphasized again the fact that ultimately, the decision isn't his to make.
