CS salary related to 'performance'...

CS salary related to 'performance'... Did anyone ask CS when he will be lowing his 'compensation package'?

His current salary is based on 'commercial, continuous 24/7 production'.... and since he has not achieved such and BXI is failing with a sp of .04 ... well, draw your own conclusions about his compensation...
