Bumblers

BumblersCann't really describe CP management as much more than bumbling idiots who ignore Federal safety protocol.  According to CP, the Bonnybrook bridge in Calgary is inspected 18 times in the days leading up to its collapse and CP's vice-president of engineering says the rail lines appeared straight and level and then advises the media that  "how do you tell if there is a problem?......you look at the rails, if the rails are level....nothing is happening below."   Their inspector goes futher to tell the media that you "don't hear of this happening very often"......"bridge structures are usually pretty strong."
Time to get rid of the clowns at CP and bring in some professional people.  You don't inspect a bridge for safety 18 times and then send a 102 car train carrying toxic material over it and have it collapse unless you don't know what you're doing.
