RE:Appears Don is in deep trouble

RE:Appears Don is in deep troubleHi ZentrarianNZ!

The question I am asking myself is if Donner defaults (I don't think so but who knows) does Sandstorm get the whole 35% Donner share of Bracemac-Mcleod or only the Gold and Copper part of the resource?

The interest of Sandstorm should remain intact in any case in my eyes and maybe increase if Donner defaults but the question is what will happen if it turns out Donner sold the interest twice? I am not sure what the situatgion will look like if one resource is seen as a collateral from Sandstorm and Glencore?

Any suggestions?

Thanks and as always just my thoughts, DYODD!
