Let me get this straight Tree..

Let me get this straight Tree..You in your infinite wisdom are going to vote no for tgz to issue shares for the purchase of ole? Tgz's management admittedly stated that they have been after ole since the deal fell apart in Dec 2011 because of an issue with the 25% buy in for Senegal. I guess you must know more than tgz's management. If this goes through which I believe it will tgz will get a great price for those ounces. Tgz is negotiating with Bendon with stock, cash and royalties. You make lots of sense sometimes but not this time pal. Both companies need each other and tgz would not be after ole if this was not so. Tgz immediately made their intentions known after they signed the deal with Senegal. Stop being a hater and use common sense.
