RE:I wonder what Bendon feels would be a good offer for...They can GF. They had about $60 million last quarter and will probably have more after this quarter.  They can easily borrow some more if they need to especially if it is for the purchase of the OJVG as they will have enough cash flow to pay the loan off after integrating with the OJVG.
