BLACK PANTHER GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
In accordance with the terms of Black Panther Mining Corp.'s stock option plan, the company has granted 440,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants at an exercise price of 10 cents per share for a term of five years.
