Interesting speculation but I think we'll just have to wait for an update from management. (Unless somebody wants to email PR and see if they can provide some clarification on the terms.)...FWIW, I don't think Donner is quite on life support yet. There's a pretty good asset backing their debts and hopefully they will be able to pull through this bad patch...In any case, I would say Donner is DEFINITELY worth more to Sandstorm alive than dead. What we REALLY don't need right now is yet another failed partner!
