RE:BOD Vote

RE:BOD VoteI agree with you that the BOD and Management have done a great job to this point growing the company.  And like you, I have been involved with Novus for years, but the reason we invest / play the markets is to make money and as you have stated, we are not making money.

This sale (?) has over shadowed the stock price for months and driven the price to $0.62.  Some of it is the market but there is a lot of uncertainty of what is happening due the the lack of information and the sale itself.

Unfortunately when the BOD put the company for sale, the oil sector went out of favor.  Not there fault but at what point do we drop the sale idea and get on building the company if we can't get the price they want?  I think we all agree that we are worth more than $0.74 right now and most of us would like a sale, I know I would.  But at what cost?

I also agree getting rid of the whole BOD is not parctical.   A new BOD would know they are there, but with who?  I have alway said, 'any company that would want me on the Board, I would not invest in'. lol

I think we need a new CEO who will listen to shareholders, address the shareholders concerns.  But will we have the ability to get rid of the 1 person or will they word the it to keep all or get rid of all?

So far the Ontario and Alberta Securities Commission have not gotten back to be yet, but it is the summer and a short week.  I expect a couple of week yet.

At this point we the shareholders need to put pressure on the company to hold a AGM as required by law.  Failure to do so, then what?  That is something I will have to talk with my laywer with.  E-mail the company and ask them, 'why they are not willing to hold an AGM?'
