Well, there is your first mistake right there. I read their posts for months and they never seemed to be correct on anything. Although their posts were very interesting. I do not necessarily claim to be the greatest expert around but if you read my post dated June 7th, 2013. You'll see that I was right on the button with some of my theories about what is happening with the company and the Goodman/Dundee connection etcetera.

Click on the link above to read my post dated June 7th, 2013. I had posted this before Ned Goodman resigned from the WOF board of directors.
Please take note that if Mr. Goodman and his company Dundee Corporation do try something as devious as trying to buyout WOF for .10 cents a share. That this could appear as a form of conflict of interest even though Mr. Goodman has resigned.
Considering the WOF stock price was right around .30 cents a share when Goodman joined the board of directors. Then strangely enough around .10 cents a share when he resigned. A buyout on WOF for .10 cents a share would not fly with anyone. Especially after Goodman served on the board of directors for several months only to drive the stock price down to .10 cents a share and then resign once the company market cap was driven into the ground. They could probably get away with buying out WOF for around .30 cents a share if a buyout actually happens.
I highly doubt that any of this will happen. In my opinion the tungsten project will be fully developed and taken into production. I think long term shareholders will be happy with the end results once management resolves a few issues with the company. This WOF tungsten project has become extremely valuable due to the rising tungsten prices.
Hopefully Dundee Corporation will do the respectable thing and help provide "reasonable" financing terms for Woulfe Mining in the short term until long term financing is available.
The likelihood that WOF goes into production has drastically increased due to the rising tungsten prices. Savvy investors like Ned Goodman and his Dundee Corporation know this. Meanwhile gold prices continue to struggle.
