Voted no to buyout yesterdayReceived the buyout package the other day. I barely looked at it. It looked like a buch of jibber-jabber to support the lowball buyout price, I still think a buyout representing 10x PE at minimum is needed to be fair, in other words I won't agree to the buout for anything less than $3 a share, I voted all my shares no.
