are confirmed and that the EFSA is due to adopt "rapsprotein" as a novel food submitted by BIOEXX partner Helm AG in Europe.

Apparently published just today: https://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/events/event/130710a.htm
See Agenda point 6.15 (!) with EFSA-Q-2013-00231

For confirmation enter "EFSA-Q-2013-00231" in the keywords here: https://registerofquestions.efsa.europa.eu/roqFrontend/questionsListLoader?panel=ALL

The adoption by the European Food Safety Agency would give green light for market of 500 million people, trigger a lot of interest here in Europe, certainly facilitate and eventually enable the finalisation of deals with the interested European food companies.

In any case, this would be good news for BXI, and first ever that they beat their own timelines. Also Romspen should be more patient if they see the EU wide marketing authorisation has been granted.
