RE:something smells fishy here...I agree.  Who or what entities opened up trading at .20 after the halt?  That needs to be investigated.  Trades that day were only about 4 million but I bet it was a select group and not across the board.  That sparked fear and probably many retail investors took huge losses.  Is it the same groups now buying back in?
