I just received a phone call from Georgeson.  It is the firm who publishes the shareholder meeting pamphlets for Oromin.  The lady asked me if I was going to vote to elect the board members and if I had tendered my shares to TGZ.  She said if I had that I can contact my broker and get them back.  I said I had not and that I was going to wait it out and see what comes of the negotiations.  I have not received a call from anyone representing TGZ.
