Hi there.
I am Korean (born and raised) but am currently living in Canada.
The article was published in Kang Won (name of the province) newspaper (Sandong is located in city of Young Wol, which is in the province of Kang Won). The article, which was published on June 27 this year, was a feature article promoting the city of Young Wol. Young Wol used to be branded as a dying citiy with a dead mine, but with new developments, including the Woulfe Mining Corp, it is beginning to come alive. It only briefly mentioned Sangdong mining, saying that it will be re-develped this year.

I also revently noticed a job listing (which was listed in April this year) from Sandong mining looking for an experienced accounting personnel. Not sure if this means much, but it was interesting.
