RE:No Donner Stream for 2013I would guess SND waived the copper stream for 2013 to try to save Donner from bankruptcy. It does not do much good to play hardball with them if all it does is hasten bankruptcy. There was not much detail given about any benefit to SND from the waiver except keeping Donner alive a little longer.
