RE:copper and zinc prices

RE:copper and zinc prices[quote=foxtrot6]
but that was when copper was $3.75 and zinc was $0.99, today we're looking at copper $3.10 and zinc $0.83.

Doesn't their planning take into account that commodity prices fluctuate? This project was even on time and on budget... how bad are these management teams that they can't even meet their obligations unless absolutely everything goes their way. It just seems irresponsible.

Have a look at the Donner website www.donnermetals.com their May exploration news release shows some good high grade results about increasing the life of mine. Since Donner is doing other drilling exploration outside of the mine too, who knows Sandstorm may be in a position to get in on other future mines too.

*sigh* At this point we need one in the hand, not two in the bush. Promises are all we've been hearing for too many years now. These projects are happy to take our money, it'd be nice for at least one of them to actually keep their end of the bargain.

I mean really... unless they are going to offer us something, why are we essentially giving them free money? Let them raise the money they need for exploration or whatnot some other way; hell I'd even rather they borrowed the money from us... at least we'd be getting some interest payments. Right now it just looks like they're taking advantage of us.
