RE:GREAT POST

RE:GREAT POSTI second geeraf1's post 100%.

ZEN has had a great run and a lot of that rise has been enjoyed by the small guy in a bad market, so hats off to anyone who made a big profit there, I wouldn't begrudge anyone that.

BUT/ the music will stop at some point for ZEN imo. They have a relatively cheap upgrading process, but this has not been defined and compared to other methods, so i have no idea how much cheaper it is.

For ZEN the biggest risk is the cost of getting out and processing a pretty average grade of 5-7%. It could (not will) mean that costs saved in upgrading are lost against mining or initial processing, compared to a genuinely high grade deposit.

Finally, until more work is undertaken the mining method is not yet known. Scott Koyich is upfront about that when i asked about it. ZEN do not know if the mine will be underground or open yet, fair enough the deposit needs more definition. This is a major risk though, as underground, combined with reasonably low grade may make the financial side not that attractive ultimately, even if high purity can be achieved at low cost.

I'm also looking for the short there at sometime in the future. For me this a more likely event than making big money from +$3. That said, if i had held ZEN from early days i'd have taken back my initial investment and some profit anyway by now (as i am sure many of the never sold a share crew on that BB certainly have, they are too experienced not to). I just feel a bit sorry for the naive ones going in now at $3.17, encouraged by those sitting pretty from $0.40.
