Great news regarding the MOU with Arab Mining

Great news regarding the MOU with Arab Mining Todays news leads me to believe we could see more then one rare earth processing facility in the future. Governments on board with deep pockets and desire to deversify the their industry base. MDL is lining it's self up to be the go to expert in processing rare earths in this region.
