Intuitive Surgical (ISRG)It's just too bad that we have to weather this storm created by Intuitive Surgical regarding lawsuits brought forward based on their da vinci robot system.  Their latest quarter has shown decline in sales in the US & as a result their stock has plummeted.  We in turn are waiting clearance from the FDA  regarding our robot system which accordingly is more surgeon friendly.  Due to this negative press, believe we may suffer the affects as well as an extended delay with approval, all of which was not created by Imris. So we wait.
