RE:One plus

RE:One plustippy....There might be more to this coming in the news to follow, but if Sandstorm is once again taking a hit - this time without any compensation whatsoever - I do not consider it a positive in ANY sense. The industry already knows that Sandstorm is a very fair and patient partner. Bending over backward is not a good business strategy! There is no reason that (at the least) the stream percentage cannot be increased or some other adjustment made to compensate for the loss or delay in revenue. If DON survives it will easily be able to pay it, and if it doesn't, it won't cost it anything.

The only positive I see is that SND has finally fallen into the low $2 range and is now becoming a good long term buy again. It was easy to see that the sp was holding up too well relative to the underlying commodities - for once, even to SSL - and that really couldn't last forever. I wouldn't be surprised if it dropped even lower in the short term for those with the nerves to trade, but for anyone just getting in - or, like me, waiting patiently for a re-entry point to start averaging down - this is now once again a buying opportunity.

All you have to do is trust that eventually....someday....Watson & Co. are going to make some unimpeachably good non-gold deals!
